After another local company misdiagnosed an issue (a $1200 one, at that) Cherokee Mechanical came out and quickly discovered the actual problem. Cherokee then quickly repaired my unit, as the polar vortex was rapidly approaching our area. They were professional, courteous, and understood how dire the need was to have a working unit. I have 3 children and not having working heat isn’t an option. I have no doubts the other company would have not only charged their diagnostic fee, and the $1200 repair, but they would have absolutely charged me another full repair bill to fix the true issue.
