I had a great experience! They were able to get my cat on short notice, the entire staff was nothing but kind and patient the whole time. Want to come from a medical prospective for a minute. Veterinarians are doctors and go to school just like human physicians do. That being said veterinarians examine your baby, get a diagnostic plan together, and proceed to care for them. The plan gets delivered to an owner who then essentially determines what steps to take to care for their own pet. Some people are not financially equipped to do every diagnostic referred to which then will trigger a secondary estimate for doing a more financially beneficial treatment. Very friendly and amazing I work 2ed shift so my ours don’t typically match up but they worked with me so I could get my cat fixed staff and doctor was amazing and explained everything to me my cat got sick after( not their fault) and they immediately made me an appointment for the same day and got him fixed up 100% one of the best places for your pets
