I have a sick kitten and they were able to get us in same day. It was busy when we got there so it did take a little while to be seen but it seemed the patients they had needed some extra attention. When we did get pulled back, they asked questions, took my cat, brought him back, the vet came in explained some stuff, we got a plan together. They came back to get the cat to do more stuff and brought him back, they came in and explained the cost and this is what I paid. I did notice a lot of people kept asking the front desk questions that aren’t for her to answer so she had to keep going back to get the tech or vet. I had to put my cat down after an injury, and of course, his age, I will say Dr Hogan was amazing, very thorough with everything she had to tell me. Buttttt, the front desk staff! Lack professionalism, lack Customer service, lack empathy. I really hope they get talked too, because my two encounters that I had were not great whatsoever.
I LOVE this place. They are so kind with aggressive animals / fear aggressive animals, and are the only people my dog actually likes! They get you in and out. The prices are good considering the only other decent vet in Calhoun is Best friends. If you want an affordable vet who gets you in and out this is your place! I absolutely love the people there & so do my animals! They also have mostly everything online which is so convenient. It gets delivered to your house, and if you need flea meds they set it up to deliver monthly to your house! It’s such plus.
