Our second interaction with Troy was excellent. (The first one was too) Within 5 minutes, he diagnosed the problem and within 30 more minutes it was fixed. Without being asked, he even removed the filter grate and cleaned it. He also put in one of my new filters. All around nice, professional, and knowledgeable. We will call Parker’s every time.

Great experience hiring Parker’s! The owner, Archie Parker, is extremely involved and hands-on from the beginning. He was responsive, informative, and knowledgeable. During our consultation, Mr. Parker walked us through exactly what we needed, what he and his team would do, and why. Then, he not only advised us on the best replacement unit, but also gave us some general HVAC related tips for converting our property from gas to electric. Ultimately, we completely replaced our inside/outside HVAC system. While awaiting shipment of our units we had a few additional questions regarding LEEDS certification for the system and Mr. Parker answered every question with no problem....read full review
