Gainous Well Drilling LLC provides outstanding and professional service. The staff is very helpful, courteous, and quick to respond to questions with detailed explanations. They are known for being fast, professional, and cleaning up after the job is done. Service is prompt, with instances of same-day repair and installations completed within a day of the initial call. The work is described as some of the best and cleanest seen, with competitively priced, quality components used. They are straightforward, will not sell unnecessary services, and are considered one of the best in the well business in their area, exceeding expectations. They are a master at the trade. If an issue arises, such as a part failure, they come over immediately to provide fast corrective service. Services include pump installation, repairs, and well drilling.
I found Mr.Gainous from a friend’s recommendation who is a pool contractor himself and he told me that “this man has some of the best running wells and cleanest work he’s seen in 20 years of doing pools.” So I called him and talked with his Secretary and found her to be in and of itself super knowledgeable. She passed my number and Mr. G was quick to respond and met me the following day to discuss my issues with my well. I went with his recommendations to install a larger pump and tank and run a larger line to my house. He arrived right when he said he would a few days later and went straight to work. They installed a new pump. A PVC pipe was used on a high pressure pump. ? They said they didn't have the correct fitting, but that this would do. Here I am, cooking a meal for friends to come over, but I had to cancel. I had to turn the pump off, because the pipe broke.UPDATE: They came over immediately and replaced the pipe. We lost the pump on Saturday. I called these folks and few hours later they showed up. Checked things out and sure enough it was the pump. They said they would try to get the guys together and do it Sunday but might be Monday. I understand that. So Sunday morning early around 830 they show up. By 11 they are done. We got water. Thank you for helping us out. Friendly and reliable.
