This review is just for my salesperson, Brande Wealot. It has been a pleasure and a joy working with her from the beginning of just looking around up until the time came for me to make my decision to move forward on the home I wanted to purchase from Wayne Frier of Byron. She kept me informed on the next steps and advised me on what to do to get things handled and turned in on my end to prevent delays. Anything I've needed or anything that was needed to keep the home buying process moving along, she's been on it. I can't say I've enjoyed other parts of the process, but I thank Brande for not contributing to the problems I've encountered along the way.
I went online first. Looked at the houses available on the website. Lots of models and pics of each. Mike was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful when we went in. I would definitely recommend Wayne Frier.
