The workout equipment is clean and smooth moving … atmosphere is great ..always has disinfectant spray and clean towels . Many different machines for every body part … love this place !

Nice gym, so many machines, 3 full sets of dumbells, a fitness/aerobic room, classes, tanning beds. Everything you would need! The owner is very nice and personable! My entire family (13 and 14 yr old daughters) enjoys working out there. There are signs encouraging a "family" type atmosphere and it is always clean!

My wife and I joined a couple months ago. Just added my college student son for summer. This place is perfect. Super clean. Laid back. Good equipment. We haven't taken advantage, but tons of free classes. I can't think of even one negative. Check it out.
