Ervin has been doing my ac/heater service checks for years. Always on time. Always friendly but professional. I see him at the beginning of the appointment and the end of the appointment. Other than that he is doing his job proficiently and in a timely manner. Always leaves the inside air filter. I’m fine with that. I can replace it. I requested he just leave it with me during COVID. It takes less than a minute or two to change. I recently referred Keadle to a friend and she also had a very good experience with the price and service. I called Keadle for a second opinion after our 6 year old AC was not working properly. I had been told by another local AC company the whole unit needed to be replaced. Tim came out, diagnosed the problem, and the AC was not the issue at all! He is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable.
