5-Star Review – Atrium Health ER, Byron GA (Visit: 11/14/2025)
I visited the ER at Atrium Byron on 11/14/25 around 10:30 AM due to severe pain that forced me to clock out from work. Having worked in the ER at Atrium Macon before, I honestly expected a long wait and overwhelmed staff, but my experience was completely the opposite. From start to finish, the staff was absolutely top-notch.

Whole staff was friendly. The two ladies at the front counter were amazing.. I want to shout out to Chris, specifically who was on the night shift. Made sure my hospital stay felt like I was at the Hyatt lol , great customer service and made sure I was comfortable.
Wonderful staff! No wait when I arrived. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I was here from out of town working and concerned about the care I would receive and pleasantly surprised!
