“I believe that this review needs some explaining, My van had been taken care of mechanically by Firestone and another shop in Columbus for years. About 2 years ago I noticed that I was needing to add more radiator fluid than normal, I took it in to both of those shops to figure it out and neither could. They continued to maintain the vehicle but could never figure out why the radiator fluid needed to be tapped off about once a month. Then a couple of weeks because of my schedule I decided to just take it to our local shop (Dirks) I had Jerriell do the maintenance and mentioned that I have had issues with the radiator fluid for the last couple of years. He within a day had figured out that my head gasket needed replacing. As soon as he finished the job, I have had zero problems with that issue anymore and it’s running like it has not run in a couple of years❤️ This shop provides Excellent service at affordable prices and really know what they are doing. I Will definitely have them take care of my vehicles from here out and wish I had them work on our vehicles sooner. Extremely happy with their services.“
