I had an excellent experience working with Greg for my AC service. From the very beginning, he was professional, punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. He arrived exactly when he said he would, took the time to thoroughly evaluate the system, and clearly explained what he was checking and what needed to be done.
What impressed me most was Greg’s professionalism and attention to detail. He didn’t rush through the job—he made sure everything was properly inspected and that I understood the situation before he finished. Called at least 6 companies before reaching the right one. A-Ok did an outstanding job! Tyler explained exactly what he was doing and even took the time to look at a second unit I had that was acting up. I have 5 separate units and I’ve found my new AC service company!
If I could give more stars, I would! Almost a year and a half into rebuilding our home our GC had blown through our entire budget and abandoned the job without completing it. We had one month to finish building our house ourselves. The HVAC system was partially installed, but it needed to be ready to be turned on for the final inspection. The GC refused to give us the original HVAC installers name and no one wanted to complete the work. That is when Tyler, David and the rest of the A OK team came to our rescue!
