The only HVAC company that I can say is a truly honest company. They don’t try to sell you something that you don’t need. They explain what repairs are needed, using language that you can understand. They alert you when they are on the way and when they get there. We have used other local companies, and I will put this company above all of them.
I needed to add coolant to my AC. I called A-Ok and received excellent service. Tyler was my technician. He was on time and VERY informative and polite. He told me everything he was doing as far as maintenance tasks and kept me updated along the visit. I would strongly recommend Tyler and A-Ok! Professionals for sure!
Mr. Bowen was timely, polite and professional. He told me exactly what was wrong and options to resolve the issue and then immediately set up an appointment with me to speak to someone about it at 4:00 on the same day.
After Tyler and I agreed on the work the guys came out the next day and installed the new unit. Very nice and professional men working for the company and the lady that I spoke to the first time I called also so pleasant. Definitely recommend them for your A/C repairs.
