Amazing customer service and rapid response! My service call was immediately answered and dispatched. A technician called me in less than 24 hours and was at my location within a couple of minutes. I wasn’t even sure what was wrong with our garage door but the technician (Jeff, I believe) diagnosed it and was able to make the repairs within a few minutes. Thank you so much!

AWSOME company! I’m a trucker they let me use their lot turn around and walk to receiver find out how get in for delivery. They was friendly and so helpful! So if you have need for them don’t hesitate, if they would help out someone not even business related imagine how they’ll treat you!

Lightning took out our garage door opener which was of underestimated importance to our family. I planned to install a new opener myself. In doing so I realized that by opening the door manually I'd messed up the Torquemaster garage springs ( which are widely known to be problematic). I called Keith and they had the parts to put in a new torsion spring system in stock. Promptly at 7 AM the next day they got the switch made and we finished off the install I started with new sensors and programming. It was done in no time and is much more quiet than the original setup. 10000 star reccomendation!
