I cannot say enough about the good people at KP Automotive. I was driving my wife and kids from NC to MS when my drivers side caliper froze up causing a lot of concern. We pulled off the highway and called a number of garages that could not get us in. Then we get a call back from one garage that was concerned about the safety of my family driving with one front brake and told us they would squeeze us in, it was the good people at KP Automotive. The term “good people” doesn’t do it justice describing the owner and staff. They were so kind, caring and accommodating in a way I’ve never experienced. Christmas Miracle!!! Traveling with 4 kids from Charlotte to Columbus, MS we developed a serious problem with our brakes. We pulled off the highway immediately and divine intervention led us to KP. No one ever feels lucky when they have car trouble, but we are so fortunate and grateful that our problems happened 2 miles from these wonderful people. Even though they had a parking lot full of work and no “openings” for weeks, they called me back and Kerry told me “we don’t want you stranded on Christmas come see us and we’ll take care of you!” And they absolutely went above and beyond to help our family.
