“Nalley Roofing, in particular Shane, have been such a pleasure to work with during our roof replacement. In my experience, Shane has gone above and beyond in his support of us as we navigated through an insurance-driven roof replacement. He has been thorough, incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns and has made sure we received high quality workmanship during every phase of this roof replacement. If only more businesses took the customer service approach Shane maintains!”

“We had an unusual problem with our roof. Good Shepherd came out and took photos and devised a plan to correct the problem. We have hired 2 other people to fix this but they were unsuccessful. They arrived at 7:30 this morning and worked most of the day. Everyone did a great job and paid special attention to clean up. We are very thankful for their help. We would use them again for any problem Kathy and Ted”

“We were in need of repairs on our roof and were in the process of getting quotes. When Ricky came by for a free consultation, he gave us a very detailed presentation of the state of our roof with honest recommendations of our options. He provided affordable pricing options with multiple roof packages, and had a bank partnership that he cultivated. He answered all of our questions and provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. Our new roof was taken down and installed beautifully in one day, just like Ricky said it would be. When Ricky's team finished the job, all of the old roof pieces and other debri was completely removed - everything was spotless like it never happened! After the job was finished, we inspected the work and had a few items we wanted to discuss. Ricky had someone on his team come out the next morning and take care of our cosmetic concerns. I would 1000% recommend Ricky and his team for any roofing job. They are honest, efficient, affordable, and their customer support should be studied by other companies.”
