Doctors and caseworkers are described as thorough and attentive, although some patients feel that interns and residents may not always take enough time to understand their full patient history. Communication issues have been reported, with long wait times and disconnected calls, but the emergency room is known for providing excellent treatment. Personal items have been recovered upon request. The food served in the hospital was unexpectedly good and made patients feel more comfortable during their stay. The staff, including nurses in Med Surg, are often praised for their exceptional care and compassionate attitude. Excellence from entering the facility to walking back out. Every employee i encountered was top notch. One coming back from a break, held the elevator an kept me from getting off on the wrong floor. Volunteer walked me to the elevator. Nurses, med assistant, NP. All gave excellent care. Even the reception desk was pleasant and helpful. Start to finish Excellence from everyone.
This hospital Is amazing. I live close to Northside Hospital on 316 in Lawrenceville. But I refuse to go there because this hospital has given me the best treatment as fast as possible and their staff are so amazing and understanding. Very knowledgeable about their work. So the drive here is definitely worth it. Staying here doesn't feel like it's staying at a hospital it feels like it's a resort.
I want to leave an important review about this hospital because it’s not about what they did wrong but it’s about the lengths they went to to correct what they did wrong and make it right. I am more than a month out of my stay in the ER and the ICU.
My concerns are still being honored and addressed, and rightfully so.
Without going into details, I feel we need to give credit when a large institution hears the voice of a single person and uses it to better their organization. For that reason, I would not hesitate to recommend this organization. I had three very serious issues and they addressed each one to my satisfaction.
