My left hearing aid quit working. I dropped it off. They fixed it within 12 hours. I had it back the next day and it works perfectly,minimal charges. I’ve been going here for over five years and they’ve always taken good care of me.
I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I have to say that it’s a wonderful practice. I never have waited more than 5 to 10 minutes before I was called in to the back, and I have received excellent care. I have seen the nurse practitioner and Dr. Stewart, and both gave me excellent care. Dr. Stewart is a great doctor, and has a really great sense of humor. Five star practice!!
I previously left a review, however, it wasn’t thorough enough to explain how much we appreciate the staff & office at NEGA ENT!! Dr. Baskin, to start, is incredibly warm and inviting. He examined my 5 year old son who is on the spectrum with ease!! My son loved him and asked for the next few weeks to go see “ear nose and froat” doctor. After the exam, he went over every single option and did not pressure us to make a decision right then and there at all. I talked everything over with my husband and family and we decided to move forward with the tube placing and the adenoidectomy.
