Waited about one hour (after arriving on time) for my appointment. When I asked the front desk if this was normal - they said yes and that they were short staffed…?! Doctor Pan said that the front desk would give me an eye mask to warm and place on my eyes BUT they were out of them and did not know when they would have anymore.
Dr Lebow gave me a second opinion on a PED that was originally diagnosed at Gainesville office with Dr. Balest. She was very reassuring. The office is nice and well run, and the front office staff were GREAT.
Dr Lebow is always polite, patient, thorough and respectful in discussing diagnosis, options and projected plan of care. She demonstrates care, skill, considerable knowledge and pride in her practice. She is easy to talk to and personable in demeanor at all times. Messing with my eyes is not my favorite medical visit, but she exercises great compassion and gentleness.
