Shane was the technician he showed up on time when he said he would be here. Came in I described the issue and he checked a few things and had my heat running in about 5 minutes a blown fuse was all that was wrong. Great service! Only recommendation for the company would be get a decal to mark your truck it may market your business better.
We were a little hesitant when we we provided this company as our warranty repair when we read reveiws. BUT reveiws do not always shine the right impressions. I would very much recommend them. Phone contact made Saturday morning around 9am and by noon we had A/C in our home! Did not mess around came right out and resolved the issue! Can not thank them enough!
