My dad's heat went out Sunday night and he is 82 years old. We called the company he had a contract with, but they do not do after our calls!?!?!? So I quickly turned to Georgia cooling. Within five minutes after calling and leaving a message, Bryce Wood called and said I'll be there in 15 minutes, sir. He was so thorough to troubleshoot and fix the issue. He explained to my father what the issue was and how he fixed it. What a polite, professional young man he is, thank you so much Georgia cooling and Bryce! Phone screen stopped working. After getting a quote of $350 from another place who would need to order the part, I tried iKrack. Garrett provided the best customer service I've seen at any place in years: friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. He didn't have the part in stock but called other places to see if anywhere could help same-day. While doing that he did a reset on the phone just in case and that fixed it. Saved me $340 the other place quoted. Paid right then to get the speaker fixed. He has all my future business and I'll recommend him to everybody. Truly appreciate the service he provided.

I can't say enough good things about All American Septic. The septic tank was backing up into the house. I called them and they were out the within 24 hours to pump the tank. Two months later we had a clog and the tank was backing up again. They recommended a drainfield replacement. Thanks to their caring and professionalism, they will be my first call going forward!
Tiffany is your person for honest hair answers and advice. I am at the age when your hair starts to get a mind of its own, but I had also not been kind to my hair in the past few years. I was showing what I thought was damage beyond repair and everything I tried seemed to make it worse. Unfortunately, I do not live close to Tiffany anymore, but she graciously still talked me out of the Google black hole, had me explain everything I had done to my hair, how and when it had started to change, and gave me a plan that ranged from simple to worst case. I started with the simple and got results immediately! She was right, age is part of it and she was honest about that, didn’t try to play it off and tell me to just stay out of the sun after living in the south for 25 years! But what impressed me was instead of trying to get me to buy something to “fix it”, she had me go back to simple basics and start eliminating things. She didn’t go for the sale, she’s in it to really help. Go see Tiffany at Southern Roots!

I have been going here for 3 years! I cant recommend My enough!!! She does beautiful work and gives a killer leg and foot massage with a pedicure. My husband says its the best too! The Lounge does offer you wine/water along with your mani/pedi in a relaxing setting. Everyone is very friendly and always put a smile on your face.
