Had a issue with Palmetto bugs coming into my house.Technician was on time, let me know when he was about to arrive. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable. He was very thorough and told me what to expect. I also have 2 cats and was concerned if the pesticide would harm them. He assured me it would not. They were fine and not affected. Treatment worked. Next two days saw some dead ones in the morning. After that have not seen any in house or garage. Very happy with outcome. Would use again. In future if I ever needed. Price was also reasonable.
