The best part about precision is the concierge feel with the account managers - I noticed an issue with one of the sprinklers. I reached out to Jason via text and asked that the issue be fixed by the end of the week. He text me back within minutes to get further details and ended up coming by to physically assess shortly after and by the mid afternoon, he had replaced the sprinkler head and fully rectified the situation.
