Trying to hook up an external monitor to my iMac to get work done before an impending storm in which we may lose power. The monitor would not hook up! Cassie told me which adapter to buy from Walmart. I did 1 hr delivery. The monitor was still not functioning. She walked me through the necessary setting changes. Great service for a non-paying customer who will now go nowhere else for Tech Support! Thank you Cassie, You're the best!
