I have used Tech Wizards several times since recommended to me by my neighbor. The service on my laptop and desktop computers were wonderful. Yesterday I had the back glass replaced on my iPhone and they did a fantastic job and had it done quickly. Thank you Astley and crew for serving our community well Candy Retter
Had an Iphone issue that I first went to the carrier and they made a bad situation worse. My phone wouldn’t let me go to the main menu and after the carrier worked with it the screen went totally blank so I couldn’t do anything with it.
Took to Tech Wizard and Ashley said it would take her a while and could I leave it.
Well by the time I got home she had called the house and it was FIXED!
My only complaint would be that she fixed to quick ?

I thought I could replace the charging port on my beloved's phone. How hard could it be? Armed with a YouTube video and parts from Amazon I got the phone apart, replaced the port and distroyed the display screen. Not wanting to double down on my failure I took the pieces to TechWizards. They had it back up and operating in short order. Wow was I relieved!

I finally dropped my phone on the driveway and cracked the corner of the screen. At first it seemed like it would still work but after an hour the screen was flickering and washed out.
I took it to TWoB and they had it fixed by the next afternoon.
