We love our provider, Amanda. However, she seemed uninterested that the office has a large communication problem with patients that need assistance. It takes about a week to get a call-back, even though the recorded line (which is what you get almost every time when calling) says 2 days.
This practice might benefit from a patient portal, to relay messages, without a call-back.
This office took me in when everywhere else was full, and I’m so glad they did. From the front desk to my provider, M. Youngblood, I’ve been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. While I understand everyone’s experience varies, I noticed some scored this establishment a 1, and it compelled me to write this review because it seems unfair to rate an entire establishment a ‘1’ based on one interaction.

We have been patients at North Georgia Family Medicine since 2012, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional care we’ve received over the years. Dr. Crystal Gary is truly outstanding—she takes the time to listen, explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. It’s rare to find a physician who combines professionalism with such warmth and compassion, but Dr. Gary does it effortlessly.
