The company responded to my VM immediately. They sent a technician the next morning at 8:30 am. The technician was Casey. He provided outstanding service. He was prompt, knowledgeable, precise, efficient, very professional and courteous. He rapidly troubleshooted the problem with the heating system and resolved it in no time. He offered advise for maintaining the system and we're keeping it on record. We've owned 3 separate houses in Blairsville, two of which required repair and one required a new system. This company and its employees have consistently provided prompt and excellent service. We'd never even consider using any other company.
I needed a new furnace for the AC/ heating unit. My heat was no longer working and I decided to replace the whole unit as was 23 years old. Mike ordered the unit and it was soon after that an appointment was made. Three men showed up on time. The job turned out bigger than anticipated and they were here for over 8 hours. I also mentioned that I smelled propane. They discovered a leak and replaced the pipe. Though, the job was more than anticipated Mike did not raise the agreed on price. Not only that but he has not yet asked for payment. He ordered the unit on trust. Obviously, I highly recommend him.
