Tech called on the way to our house (which is in a remote location) to clarify the issues that we were having. Earl was very thorough with his treatment both inside and outside the house. He even called when he completed the treatment to explain what he did and what he found/possible remediation. Super friendly, great customer service, and no issues after treatment (it has been a couple of weeks since the work was completed). Would definitely recommend Arrow - not only was Earl great but the Blairsville office has been super friendly and helpful every time I have called.

Derek is a man who knows his business. Whatever he did to our house this spring, and against the Carpenter Bees last week worked. Though he said your sprays do not kill the black spiders, I have yet to be bitten in over 3 weeks. We saw a few spiders in the house, but they were caught before any bites.
