Oh my goodness! CCI was absolutely fabulous to work with for punch list. I had to move my mother into a senior/assisted living cottage this past week. There were so many little things that needed my attention including my mom. CCI was very professional and very kind. I felt completely comfortable with them working in the cottage on my punch list while I worked on paperwork and other projects. These guys are simply fantastic.
My wife & I are completing a complex remodeling of our 20-year old home, and have dealt with a number of contractors on the various aspects of this project. We initially hired CCI to handle the 'outside work'; including a deck replacement, gutter and drainage repair, shrubbery relocation, lighting fixture replacement, and door frame & window sash restoration. I needed to have a place on my deck fixed where boards had warped and needed to be replaced. Because they popped up leaving an unsafe hole, I was especially concerned since my young grandchildren were coming for a visit within days. This crew of young men responded by quickly finding and replacing the boards as well as reinforcing the joists. They did excellent work in a very timely fashion. I have already asked them to provide an estimate for additional tasks in my home.
