Gary and Kevin were a pleasure to work with. Kevin did an excellent job of assessing the structural framing damage that needed repair and was extremely knowledgeable. On the scheduled day of the repair work he arrived totally prepared with all the necessary tools and materials and was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. The quality of work was excellent. Both Gary and Kevin were very friendly and professional, cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and definitely will be using them again in the future!
We wanted to have a screened porch built onto our existing deck. So we contacted several contractors (some of whom never even showed up for their appointment) and chose Total Home Improvement Services over the rest. Even thought they were not the cheapest, I felt that they were much more experienced and they offered some very good ideas. The crew was pleasant, professional, and respectful. They showed up every morning and worked until evening. I never heard the first curse word from the crew, and in fact heard Christian music being played.
