From our first encounter with our sales associate David, to our warm showroom greeting, to Zack coming to the house to reconnect the water, our experience with Southern Woods Flooring was nothing short of exceptional. The crew that sanded and refinished our kitchen floors as well as the crew who replaced the carpet in our living areas was professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job, checking along the way to ensure they were meeting our expectations. We have nothing but good things to say and we highly recommend them for any flooring needs.
Southern Woods Flooring did a fantastic job and we are so happy with our new LVP flooring and our new carpet! Lauren and Zac were extremely helpful and informative when we visited the showroom. David spent a great deal of time when he came to measure. He listened and made some great suggestions based on our needs and desires. The flooring and carpet installers were professional. We were amazed at how quickly they completed the job. They were careful in moving our furniture and returning it to the correct location. They cleaned up as they worked. We just can't say enough about how pleased we are and how easy they all were to work with.

The staff, at every level, knows the process and they all work so well, so efficiently, to deliver a top quality service/product. Happy to see so many...read full review
