I suffered for years with agonizing back pain and was unable to do most of the things that I used to truly enjoy after retiring. In November of 2024, Dr. Ayers performed a significant back rebuild on me, which to this day has made a tremendous difference in my ability to enjoy life. I’d recommend this Group and Dr. Ayers to anyone who is suffering from back pain, pinched nerves, bone spurs and disc degeneration. They’ve got a great team at Apex, trust them, they know what they’re doing. P.S. I am 78 so don’t ever give up.
Excellent! Dr Ayer is one of the best doctors I've ever known. There is no other Dr that I'd let touch my spine and disk. My spine and disk surgery was only 3 weeks ago and I already believe my extremities are getting better.
Dr Ayer is compassionate and he explains in detail what needs to be done. This surgery is feel is going to change my everyday life. I was falling at least once a week and some were bad falls. If that's eliminated I will be thrilled. Dr Ayer has a great team. His PA Oya is so good. She came every morning to see how I was doing. She is a true asset to APEX.
There is no one else I'd let do these very serious surgeries.

Definitely one of the best and the business. A few of my family members have had to see Dr Ayer and he has been great every time. He doesn't great job explaining why and when surgery is needed and why and when it's not.
