Cam, one of the technicians came out today on a Saturday & I had to have a new condenser motor. He knew exactly what the problem was when he looked at unit, had a motor on his truck, put it on & I was back to being cool within 45 mins. Great Service!!

I'm out of town working my wife's heat went out the other company said it was going to be at least Monday before they could get to it called Whitaker they got right on it they have a new customer

THEY SAVED THE DAY! Our AC had been out 48hrs in 90 degree weather, and after another company dropped the ball and didn’t show up, Whitaker was there! The service tech Michael listened to all my concerns and what was going on, got right to work and found the issue within just a few minutes. There is something to be said about quality service and great customer service, and they check all the boxes! They will from now on be my FIRST call!
