I want to make this review because of one employee in particular. Wendy Wasden; she has gone above and beyond to show just how much she is there, not just bc its a job, but because she genuinely cares about animals. I don't know her personally but she even called to check on my dog after hours just to see how she was doing. That to me shows the loyalty that she has to her patients and as long as shes there i feel confident in bringing my pets and being assured that they are in good hands.
They were very eager to help in our situation. And they listened. Also, I was transparent about my finances, and we worked around what we could do. And set up a plan for the future.
