I love love love this place! They took my cat in the same day after she was attacked by some animal, and we did not see the attack. We had not established a vet for our animals in Barnesville yet. They took her anyway and were so nice and quick. She got three shots, antibiotics, something for pain, and a needed rabies shot. She also got 4 take-home meds to treat her badly injured eye and a follow-up appt. All this for under three hundred. Even if it were more, I would still recommend the Thompson Vet service. Ms. Thompsons took time to e plain everything I needed to do and how I needed to do it.

The folks at Thompson Vet in Barnesville are wonderful! They are very kind and so helpful. I brought in a mare for coggins test and couldn't get her to load back on the trailer. Several employees worked very hard and very diligently to get her loaded even though it took some time and was painstaking to say the least. Thank y'all SO MUCH!!I also love how available this vet's office is. The communication is great and it's personal. It is clear that they truly care and are passionate about what they do.I am also really impressed by what they offer for interns. Look on the website and see. It took forever for me to find a vet that really made me feel comfortable when taking care of my dogs. After visiting several different offices, I knew my first visit at Thompson Veterinary Services would not be my last. My German Shorthairs have become permanent patients ever since. The staff is wonderful and the office is stunning. Each appointment, I feel genuine care from the doctors and technicians, which was always something that was so hard to find in previous vets. They always tell me exactly what I need to hear and point me in the right direction. I am so grateful they value my pet’s health as much as I do. If I could give more stars I absolutely would.
