“My children’s school recently switched from Lifetouch to Village Photography and I cannot thank them enough!!!! I finally get photos that aren’t sterile and have so much life. Sadly, the proofs from my son didn’t make it home(he’s 7 and they somehow got lost in transition lol) so I called the company and spoke to Elaine. She was so helpful and helped me locate my son’s images. I ordered his items while on the phone with her and what should’ve taken 5-6 minutes lasted about 20. Not due to incompetence, but simply 2 strangers enjoying kind conversation. I have already emailed the schools begging them to keep this company on board because the photos are exceptional!!!“
