Not only is Sami is an excellent yoga instructor, but she is a spiritual and kind-hearted person. You can not help but feel her positive vibes while in her presence. Additionally, she cares for all of God's creatures, as shown in her work with horses. I have attended her advanced and more recently the modified yoga classes as I have recovered from an illness. She has been patient, gentle and helpful as I have regained my strength, flexibility, and core. The classes are paced to your individual needs. Everyone is made to feel welcome at her studio. I would most definitely recommend Sami and Seva-Yoga.
