“Colin came out and looked at our house. He said he would wash it. But left a lot of dirt dobber nests and I generally wasn’t satisfied with the job. I called and asked him about it and he said that soft washing doesn’t remove them. I talked to other soft wash businesses and they said they remove them all the time. He said he would come back out and look at it and see what he could do. He never showed up and has not returned or answered my phone calls. Unfortunately I feel left to leave a review in hopes of getting this matter resolved.“
