This was the second time we used Cook's for our washing machine. Unfortunately this time it took 3 weeks to finally get the issue fixed. No fault of theirs, just shipping new parts each week takes time, and it took 3 separate tries/service calls to get the right one. But they were great every time with updates and communication! The day our final repair call was done, our tech even came back by after hours when we had another small issue and made sure we were back up and running. Hopefully we don't need them again anytime soon, but I would recommend Cook's to everyone!
I am more than pleased with someone's service finally. I am tired of people not wanting to do there job but Cook's Appliances was such a pleasure and they did their job and you could tell they liked their job and knew what they were doing. Thank you for fixing my freezer and the service call was very reasonable as well. I recommend you give them a try for your appliance repairs.
The glass top of our stove at church got broken somehow, and thankfully it was under warranty. Cook’s was assigned to do the repairs for our region. Heather (from Cook’s) called me regularly to keep me updated on the process and schedule the repair appointment. She honestly could not have been more helpful! The was repairman was very knowledgeable and came out in a very timely manner. He replaced the glass top, so the stove now looks brand new and works perfectly!!! What a blessing!!!
