This was my 1st time using this group. My visit and procedure was handled very professionally. The staff were extremely friendly and treated me with respect and kindness. I was informed of everything to expect, no surprises. Procedure went well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a colonoscopy.

My overall experience was great!!! From the time I arrived to check in with Renee (she is so kind) until I was discharged. Dr. Jasmine and her staff, (RJ and Michael) treated me with care and kindness. I received a call from the doctor’s assistant to make sure I was doing ok, I really appreciated that!! To everyone that’s reading this review I recommend this doctor and her staff because you will not be disappointed and you will receive the quality service that you deserve!!!

The staff (including receptionist and insurance verification) were very friendly, professional and helpful. From the first visit to the second, I was impressed with the interactions. Ivy was very helpful explaining the procedure and Hope was invaluable in getting me ready during the pre-procedure process. My Care Partner (wife) and daughter worked together with Hope to effectively transfer me from my wheelchair to the transport bed. My wife commended that Hope worked with them and actively assisted as needed. Dr. Jeffers displays confidence and experience which alleviated anxiety any patient undergoing an invasive procedure would experience. Thank You All!
