Dr. Malone has been my family doctor for years. Very professional, courteous, and experienced. He really cares about his patients and can diagnose a problem that other doctors miss. He understands medicine and pharmaceutical requirements. He is the type of medical professional who is hard to find in today's world of hurry in, hurry out practices. One who cares and treats with a focus on his patient's wellbeing.
Had a great experience at this office! Dr. Alexandra Smith and her team were very kind and listened to my concerns. Had a new patient appointment and got all I was looking for and even got blood work done as well. The 2 women at the front desk checking in patients were a bit rude and dismissive with patients and questions that some people were asking. They need to be a bit kinder and patient when dealing with customers. I understand working in customer service can be very challenging and frustrating at times but they are the first patient interaction at the office. Will definitely return for Dr. Alexandra Smith!
