Roxanne's Accounting & Tax Services

My family has been coming to Roxanne since we moved to GA over 25 years ago. In the beginning she was good and got our taxes done in a timely manner. Since she lost her front desk employee her work ethic has PLUMMETED into the dirt. She does not call back, list to her voicemails, nor read her emails. I’m missing my taxes that she claimed she did and submitted but never received them. Called multiple times and emailed her many times with no response. I waited outside her office for over an hour to find out why she did not have my taxes. She never came to the office or called me back. Another family member also did not receive their taxes that year either. Very disappointed… read full review
