My family has been coming to Roxanne since we moved to GA over 25 years ago. In the beginning she was good and got our taxes done in a timely manner. Since she lost her front desk employee her work ethic has PLUMMETED into the dirt. She does not call back, list to her voicemails, nor read her emails. I’m missing my taxes that she claimed she did and submitted but never received them. Called multiple times and emailed her many times with no response. I waited outside her office for over an hour to find out why she did not have my taxes. She never came to the office or called me back. Well my appt was Monday, June 6th at 11:30, I got to Roxanne's office at 11:15 and the door was locked and I knocked and knocked but no one answered. So I called and got a voice mail saying that the mail box was full, so I could not leave a message. I waited till 11:45 and left. ???

I used this tax service for years always had problems with it didnt get refunds office was fluded with water my tax records were gone. Now roxanne has locked my socal security number! I cant get my refund or my stemilus checks. Roxanne wont call me or take my calls if you know what is good for you. you will find someone that wont scam you or rip you off this is the worst tax service i know off. I am contacting the IRS The SSD the BBB And the news to make this very public. And if i can get an attorney i will file a class action law sute.You can join the suite if you want!Thank's alot Roxanne.Alvin
