Made me wait over 2 hours just to not come. Tried to blame me for communication when they had two different technicians from the same company calling me telling me two different times of arrival. Tried to call back and get confirmation but kept getting lied to and hung up on. Then they say “ you hung up on us when we tried to call” we cant help you and hang up on me. I sincerely hope someone else gets better service.

You can have the technician come to you or meet him in the parking lot of an office building. I chosed to meet him. He was a little late, but he did call me to let me know his ETA. It took a little longer than I expected to get the keys made (1 with a remote and 1 without a remote) but they both work and their price was lower than other locksmiths in the area.
