You can have the technician come to you or meet him in the parking lot of an office building. I chosed to meet him. He was a little late, but he did call me to let me know his ETA. It took a little longer than I expected to get the keys made (1 with a remote and 1 without a remote) but they both work and their price was lower than other locksmiths in the area.
Dagan was very professional!!! Quick and efficient. Showed me how to program my doors. Came within an hour of me wanting to get a quote!!! Highly recommended!Services: Installation
The female rep (I didn’t get her name) that answered when I called was polite and very quick in getting my issue dispatched to a tech. The tech Dagan contacted me about 5 minutes later advising he was in his way. When he arrived I told him the issue, he advised what he could go giving me the option to decide and eventually changed the whole door lock and provided new keys. He even showed me how damage the inside of the lock was. I was given great service and I will ALWAYS use this company if I every need service in the future.
