Laura is a great nail tech, but this place is consistently understaffed and when you arrive they will tell you it’s only going to be 5 minutes knowing it’s going to be longer and that dishonesty is quite frankly annoying because nobody wants to spend their whole day at the nail shop. Most of the people they have doing your toes seem to have very little experience or something because I’ve gotten French tips twice from here and each time it’s been mid grade. This place is right next door to my daughter’s school which is why I came back quite a few times. Tbh I wouldn’t recommend, and I don’t think I’ll be returning either.

Amazing group of people. I've tried many nail salons in Austell and Smyrna and they are personally my fave . Attentive, accommodating, friendly, and the quality and care of nails is, in my experience, very good and lasts a while. I know some people have commented on tips coming off but mine have been rock solid. I also like the Christian music and verses on the wall. I know this isn't everyone's style, but it is very much in keeping with their positive vibe and I appreciate the uplifting atmosphere. Thank you Grace Nails team

definitely wouldn’t come back . n that’s jus my opinion got my nails done yesterday and they are already chipping n they weren’t fully dry .. also i didn’t like the customer service the lady who was working on my nails literally got up told me to keep drying my hands and went and worked on someone else n didn’t even come back to check on me . so for me it’s jus a no go .
