My visits are extremely smooth and pleasant. Ms. Keisha at the front greeted me with a big smile and warm welcome. Which is so important when you’re uneasy coming to your doctor’s appointment . The wait time was less than 5 minutes. The nurses were so welcoming and comforting. Dr. Andrews was so patient and thorough. She makes sure you are heard, I’m grateful for this medical professional and her staff.

Dr Andrews is extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. She’ has been my PCP for over 5 years and I’m very BLESSED that my father of whom resides in New York City searched the internet for me in order to locate a reputable PCP for me shortly after I moved from the East coast to Georgia ❤️‍ ??

Great experience! The entire staff was very nice and professional. Awesome customer service all around! Dr. Andrews was very nice, thorough and caring. She addressed her concerns with my medical history and we discussed a follow up plan to get to the root of the problem. I didn’t feel rushed. A very relaxing and comfortable medical environment. I didn’t have to wait long. In and out including blood work within an hour. I’m glad I chose her to be my doctor.

Dr. Andrews earned herBachelor of Sciencedegree from the University of Georgia and her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. She completed her residency at Georgia Baptist Medical Center in 1999. She received her Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University in 2003. Dr. Andrews has practiced medicine in Atlanta for over 17 years. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians at Austell, she practicedin Fayetteville, Ga. Her philosophy on medicine is that a patient should feel comfortable with his or her physician and feel free to ask questions.
