Today Wilson serviced me in the Geek Squad Department. He was polite, as well as helpful. Although, my laptop was not able to be repaired, he’s still opened it back up to show me what I asked to see.

He then gave me recommendations of others who may possibly assist me. I am grateful for the time he took. Yes this is his job, but I’m a firm believer to give credit to whom it’s due.
