I sent Craig a text Sunday night and it was fixed by 3 on Monday. The repair price was reasonable for my 5 year old system. Technician was courteous and friendly. PSA they're not always going to be able to deploy a crew in 24 hours, it depends on if your neighbor called first. First come, first served.
