Jasmine was kind and efficient. She was positive when posed with a switch in visit. Dr. Catherine Warner makes you feel relaxed during your exam, but maintains her professionalism. I drive several miles for this kind of doctor.
The facility itself could use a nice clean and a warm touch. It’s very DMV/Prison. However, Dr. Warner - is the reason I am giving any stars. Her and the nurses and the front desk ladies, were amazing. Dr. Warner I cannot recommend enough, she was kind, compassionate, patient, and reassured me while we discussed my son’s rash. He is 6 months old so my anxiety is more heighten but Dr. Warner really eased my worries and listened to me intently. I was pleased with the customer service and the overall visit. I wasn't pleased with the Dr prescribing a prescription for my daughter and didn't call it in on Thursday, the appointment date. Close early on Friday, closed on the weekend. Therefore, I have to take out of my time to call on Monday.
