As one who suffers from anxiety, I am extremely critical of dental offices. From the woman who called to confirm my appt/gather details for my visit, to the front desk staff who also greeted me with a smile/so welcoming, to the woman who conducted my X-rays (very intentional and kept ensuring I was comfortable), to the hygienist (came in with smiles, gentle, and explained everything she did with clarity), to the doctor (very personable, knowledgeable, and focused on me/my care). They have a new client in me for sure!
