Great job on our carpet, area rugs and steps. I’m very impressed with how quick and efficient they were. Our carpet looks great and it’s not soaking wet like other cleaners leave it.
I have been using Universal for the past 5 years and my recent experience has been nothing short of splendid. If you need your carpet cleaned or home professionally cleaned please give them a call. I love how they contact you the morning of the appointment to confirm as well. This helps a busy woman like myself to stay on track. Again call them for all your household cleaning needs. Technician did great cleaning my carpet. There were a lot spots that I tried to get up myself, but wouldn't come up for anything. Even the dog smell is gone. Carpet like new!!!
